Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates include hire of car, all maintenance, fuel cost, ERP & car park charges, services of the chauffeur/driver with unlimited mileage and insurance. These rates will not be applicable in conjunction with any other promotion or special contracted terms.

Government levies and taxes (GST) will be borne by the hirer.

Chartered Service (Disposal)
Minimum hire is 3 hours. Rates are applicable between 0700 hours to 2259 hours; outside these hours, a surcharge (per block hour) will be imposed.

Transfer Arrival/Departure (per trip)

a) Rates are applicable between 0700 hours to 2259 hours; outside these hours a surcharge (per trip) will be imposed.

b) Additional stop (allowable for along the main route to destination) is chargeable at $10.00 per stop (maximum two stops).

c) Two-way transfers will be allowed, maximum of two stops and completed within 1 hour and 45 minutes or the disposal rates of minimum 3 hours will apply.

d) Any delay exceeding half an hour from the requested pick-up time, the transfer will be considered a disposal and shall be chargeable at the hourly rate of minimum 3 hours.

For Malaysia use, an advance booking of at least 24 hours with a minimum 4-hour hire inside Johore Bahru, 8 hours within State of Malacca. Rates or use out of the State of Johore/Malacca is upon request. All rates quoted exclude Malaysia Toll Fees.

Cancellation within 24 hours from date/time of assignment is subjected to full job assignment charge (100% for transfer / for disposal a minimum of 50% of initial total order).

Arrival/Departure at VIP Complex, Seletar Airport and WTC are subjected to minimum 3 hours charge.
