Comprehensive insurance carries
an excess of S$2,000.00 or above
upon any single accident (Singapore

Parking charges/fines, ERP charges/fines,
traffic violations fines and petrol
costs and other miscellaneous
costs are the full responsibility
of the hirer/user. |
| 6. |
Government levies and taxes (GST)
will be borne by the hirer. |
| 7. |
All entry into Malaysia will be
at Hirer’s own risk (unless
written permission is granted
by General Cars and all dues paid). |
| 8. |
There will be no replacement of
vehicle should there be any accident
or breakdown in Malaysia. At Hirer’s
own cost, Hirer will be responsible
for ensuring that the vehicle
be brought back to Singapore and
handed over to General Cars Representative.
